Terms of Service

1. Who can use the service

WHO’S GOING? is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and you confirm this when you provide your date of birth. Accounts that we believe belong to minors are removed.

You may hold one personal account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

2. What the service does

We help travellers publish upcoming trips and travel intentions, discover other travellers with overlapping plans, connect, form crews and message one another.

We are a platform, not a travel agency, tour operator or booking service. We do not arrange, sell, insure or supervise any travel, accommodation or meet-up, and we are not a party to arrangements you make with other travellers.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, posts, trips and messages you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• impersonate anyone, use a false identity or upload photographs that are not of you
• harass, threaten, stalk, defraud or sexually solicit other travellers
• post content that is unlawful, hateful, violent, sexually explicit or involving minors
• advertise, recruit, spam, scam, or use the platform for commercial promotion without our written permission
• scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or use automated means to access the service or other travellers' data
• circumvent blocks, bans, rate limits or any safety feature

5. Safety and your own judgement

Meeting people you first met online carries risk. We do not perform background or identity checks on travellers. You are solely responsible for deciding who you meet, where and when, and for your own safety, belongings, visas, insurance and health.

6. Moderation, suspension and termination

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate an account that we reasonably believe breaches these terms or endangers other travellers, with or without prior notice.

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes or anonymises your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free or that any particular feature will always exist. We may add, change or withdraw features.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for the conduct of any traveller, whether online or in person. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Where changes are material we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
